Hi all,
I posted questions some weeks ago about breeding cockatiels and got some good advice. We still do not have eggs, although we have placed a nest box on the cage and both birds are very interested in it - the male in particular.
We put some shredded blank newspaper in the box... was this a good idea? Or if not, what is better nesting material? They visit the box and have not pooped in it, but no eggs yet.
They are mating daily - twice today that I saw:emot-danc My customers are telling them to 'get a room!' (ummm they do have room!)
If anyone can shed any light on what I should expect and when, I'd appreciate it!
Cheers :)
