Yes they are real time wasters (my time) I could watch then forever ...The boys are fine with the Lorikeets and sometimes the little cheeck Lorrie come right up and sit at the window and look in ...Sunny however screams bloody murder when the big white toos fly in he does try to warn us about the big monsters lol..I say Its alright , its just the birdies ..makes no difference to him he won`t shut up..Buddy just sits there looking and says Where`s the Birdies ?? lol ..JJ use to say "Its All Right "...
Sweeties , still getting over the shock of the bombings , just off to take my folks to the bank and shops for lunch leave the builders to it , David is staying home for the day will do some work here to mind the house ..I`ll be back later ..
Have a nice evening all....

OMG Majj

I would just love to sit at your house and watch the birds. They are just beautiful. Look at those little RB2. You are so lucky to have such wonderful and beautiful birds in the wild there. Is your house up on a hill? It looks like you can look down and see a city below.

I just love all of those pictures. Oh what I would do to be able to just sit out there for just a few days and take in all of that. LOOK at all the Bacardi birds flying.   I am in love.

You could just plant me out there and bring me some food and water and I would be so happy.

Thank you so much for sharing the pictures

When i saw the Lories, i thought it was an outdoor aviary and you were a breeder of them.... then it dawned on me and i had to smack myself in the forehead. :rotflmao:

Those pictures are so cool, i couldn't imagine seeing those birds out my window. Its really weird to me cause my brain is conditioned to think of those birds as 'pets' its hard for me to comprehend the wild counterparts our companion birds have.
That, and i wish our Possums were as cute as Austrailia's :D

Wow! thanks for the great pics!
Those "scary" birds would be cool to see in the wild(I'd prob get bit the first minute i would see them , thinking they were "tame",LOL)
Sorry your lil one's think they are "scary", i imagine a bunch of them coming around to carry-on would be a lil (right, little,,,, LOL) noisy,,,

Majj-those pics are great! Imagine being able to look out your window at such a sight. The most colorful birds we see here are Bluejays, Cardinals, and Robins. Most of our wild birdies are brown & black. The Cardinals are a bonded pair, and have been with us since we moved here 5 yrs. ago. If we want color we go around the corner to our neighbors (the ones with the B/G, Green Wing & M2). Anne
