Is it 8 wks they should be ready to leave there parents..they are only 5wk now

They are absolutely GORGEOUS!

Yes, 8 weeks. They'll seem ready at 7, but make sure they are eating completely on their own and not losing weight before letting them go.

And keep them flighted until they leave for their new homes, unless the new homes want them left flighted. Be sure they become very skilled fliers before clipping.

they fly pretty darn good..i was holding them and off one went...landed pretty good too....i was total shocked..did not expect it at all..

Yes, they suddenly take off and fly! As they get another couple weeks older, their flight will speed up - that's when they learn about turning, sudden landings, making decisions in the air - that's when you don't want to clip them yet.
