Good Morning! :wavey: it is 12:45AM here. I will be off to catch some sleep soon. Our temp is currently 56 degrees. We got a little sprinkle earlier tonight, it didn't do any more then barely wet the sidewalks and streets. Today our temp is supposed to reach 75. Most all the out of the out of town and out of state cars that came for the car show left town today.

Kristy, it is nice to hear your weather is looking good. A nice sunny Monday is a good way to start a new week. Luckily you have 4 weeks to get the ferret run ready for your new additions.

Shirley, I enjoyed our our Sunday conversation very much. We should do it more often. :highfive:

Wishing all a nice day! :wavey:

Hi Everyone, :wavey:

Kristie you're bright and early again today.
Jean have a good sleep.

Another glorious sunny day here again, yesterday was fantastic, we had a picnic on the lawn, it was fun.

I hope it lasts til Wednesday as we're going to friends for drinks and they have a fantastic garden, it would be nice to sit outside. A friend who moved to Ireland is coming over so we're having a get together.:agree:

That is awesome Majj!

Good morning or Evening!

I got to run around like a chicken with its head intact as I get ready for my trip to Kansas. I am going to be staying over in Burley, ID tonight since I have to be there tomorrow for my clients.

The weather is so nice this morning! Can you believe it is 46 degrees F? Yep! So pleasant here! Nice temps in the 70's today and tomorrow.

I better get going as my parents are leaving soon for their trip to Kansas (not Nebraska). Talk more later.

With regards to the link Marion provided: to know my time zone use Denver as that is the Mountain Time zone.

My parents left just minutes ago. Time to finish packing and getting ready to go to work.

Hope everyone has a great Monday as well as a great week!

Happy Monday morning, all. :wavey:

Kristie, I hope your day goes well, despite your funny feeling. What a great homecoming your new fuzzies are going to have. :)

Good morning, Jean. Get some sleep while you can. I'd be back in bed if it wasn't Monday laundry day. :D

Hi Sue. A picnic on the lawn? How fun!

Good evening to you, Majj. I hope your bed was warm and toasty. Good luck with your renovations.

Hi Bill, have a safe trip. Don't worry about us kids, we'll be fine. Now, what was the rule again on parties?:scratchch Have fun? Have one? Oh, have none. Darn. :funny:

Laundry day today. Oh joy! I guess I better get started ... it won't start itself. :rotflmao:

Mornin all!
Around TRT we call today *onday,,you get "yelled" at if you use the whole word,,LOL
no one here seems to coplain too much about the start of a new week, so i think we are OK in using the full word,,,LOL

Both the wife and i got home from working midnites, she'll be sleeping in the basement, while i'll be working on the bedroom, i get to get some work done, she gets prob a better sleep due to the basement being cooler, and quieter,,,i can make noise upstairs no proble, she slept thru them putting on a new roof a few yrs back LOL

Hot n muggy still here,,have to refill the bird baths around the house , so the outside birds have plenty of water during this heat wave,,,
Just got back from PT after work , they seem to have done me some good, as i feel pretty good after getting "worked over", hope the feeling stays for a while,,,
Well, off to work on the bedroom(after birds n dogs are attended to)
Hope everyone has a great day!:wavey:

Good Morning!

Jean -- I really enjoyed our conversation/visit too!! And to think it was only 2 cents a minute less than talking to Sue in England -- you two gotta talk sometime. (masterbell.com) Steve got quite a kick out of hearing about Elvie's shenanigans!!

Well, I put the wedding I finished editing IN THE MAIL!!! :emot-danc It's usually not such a big deal, but I had so much graduation work in April/May, and got behind... now have three to edit plus this past Saturday's. I'll be caught up when the three are done... :agree: the next one will be quick.. it was a single camera shoot. I rarely do those, but sometimes it's a matter of economy and the bride wanting it really badly.

I posted Annie's new clutch in the Misc Medley forum... we are birdsitting for her this week while she turns brown in Florida.

Unfortunately.... while over there last night I noticed her first Bourke's baby has a congenital foot/leg problem I noticed... :( She can perch, but is a bit wobbly. Her feet are extra small, and don't move quite correctly or face forward quite correctly.

I brought her to our house and have her in a special cage with extra small perches so she can grab on really well and perch more easily. She is a happy little bird, though!

Everybody is excited and have something goin on :highfive: Cool!!

Well while ya'll are making plans to go somewhere, getting 2 new fuzzies, remodeling a bathroom, bedroom and who know's what else, going to weddings, writing a book, or whatever, I am doing nothing at all but plain ole cleaning and going to a softball game tonight :roflmao2: ahhhhh the simple life, hehehhe I'm savin it all up for the big 4th o July bash at FIL's house, hehehehe :beerchug: Makin plans and getting ready to get what we need.

So other than that, it's 88 degrees out (heck if I know conversions) and quite warm, glad our a/c is working well

I am staying at a motel in Burley, ID so I don't have to drive back and forth tonight and tomorrow. I am going to Bewitched with a co-worker tonight. The presentation went well and they loved it. They asked me to do more! YEAH!

Bill, it's good to have updates on where you are. It's good to hear your presentation went well' Enjoy Bewitched! I've not talked to anyone that has seen it. Maybe, we can talk you into giving us a movie review.

Barb, don't ever uder estimate housework, and being an active parent! It can get pretty busy. Enjoy them while they are young. Please, tell Tina I am sending good wishes for her game.

Trevor was diagnosed with Strep throat at 4:00 today after his work shift, I made home-made chicken noodle soup with Amish noodles, and now we are off to rent a movie, and tomorrow, get this, he has to work a DOUBLE shift most likely to fill in for someone. He's about to lose his voice. (6am to 10pm)

I told him to wear a button that says "mute". He said, "That works real well on the phone, mom!" :shrug2:  (Quality Inn Suites hotel)

 Tell Steve I am glad he got to enjoy a little of Elvie. :rotflmao:Shirley, that will be the name of Elvie's book when I ever get it finished. I like it, it suits him to a T. Elvie's Shenanigains !

I'll tell Trevor... we rented Hotel Rwanda... real happy upbeat movie... well, you know, I fight the injustices of the world, and he's History and army... the US and everyone else backed out of helping and consequently 800,000 people were slaughtered... we're about to watch it... true story.

go to http://masterbell.com

for $20 I bought an international phone card. Calling the UK anytime from anywhere in the US on any phone, cell or otherwise, is like $0.02/min or $0.029 (yes, 2.09 cents) per min. Can't beat that anywhere! So I had 18 hrs or so for $20 and I have about 14 or 15 hrs left on the card, which is in cyberspace, not a physical card. I can call any country, but other countries have other rates.

Shirley...I am sorry to hear that Trevor is ill! Tell him I am thinking of him and wishing him well!

I will write about Bewitched later.

Hotel Rwanda is very well-done, and the special, "Return to Rwanda" a little mini-documentary included, is worth the watch for sure... The real people are in it. We all three watched it and it was definitely worth seeing.

Trevor called his mgr... he's working his normal 2-10 and his mgr is taking the 6-2. He doesn't want him to get sicker.

Tell Trevor to get better sooner. Being sick isn't healthy.
