Hope you enjoyed! For the lilies, she's on my hand while I shoot - not real graceful for either of us!

Thanks Jean! I plan to shoot soon with the other birds, but prefer to have someone out there with me when I shoot the little ones... :)

Thank you very much! She certainly enjoys it. She's sees me come to her cage with my camera and she starts clucking at me, which is her happy sound.

We both have a good time with it!

Pardon my ignorance, why is there white circles on some pictures?

That's a translucent circle with a C in the middle... copyright. That way, net surfers can't make a print w/o purchasing the quality print from me instead. These are low-res files, but all the same, those that people pay for shouldn't be available "for downloading free of charge" to others, even at a low-res quality.

Thanks for asking! And of course, the copyright is removed from the prints and they are made from the originals - a tiff file, not a jpg.

I only copyright the images that might be on a card, a notelet, stationery, wall print, etc. Others I just post. Also, I have permission to photograph others' birds and use their images, and am required to put the copyright on those if I post them.

Hi Kim,
Thank you very much... She is QUITE feminine, and doesn't let us forget it, either!

I've been meaning to respond to your post with Kato's pics -- I want to commend you for giving him such a marvelous home and chance in life! You are doing wonders and just hang in there and keep it up! There are potholes along the way, but the light is shining on both of you! :tighthug:

Thank you so much, Shirley! We are new to the world of greys, but figured love would conquer! We are trying really hard, and Kato sure seems to be responding! I've had pluckers before, so at least we aren't new to that! How much fun, and it was odd how quickly we were in love with Kato! We sure hope he will do well!

Hugs!

Kim

Skyler is on a totally natrual diet, no pellets, fwiw now, and the daily mistings and 3x week soaking showers during his plucking times definitely gets him through it... for him. He is especially thick with powder.

Consequently, Holly is also no longer on pellets since she preferred Skyler's diet of all real foods, no additives. It's really quite easy to fix up their raw veggies and grow their sprouts all the time. The EasySprouter is in the Practical Links or one of those forums. We also did this with our avian vet's support and guidance.
