lol. Guess all the birds love my 'up n down' game. Akeela actually says it & does it, and now Turkey bird loves to play too.
He stretches his neck way up, when I say 'up' and lowers down when I say 'down'. He hasn't actually said it, but he knows the game.
He was very sweet today, after I was done doing dremmel work on his beak & nails, he was so adorable and chattered for me, and after I picked him up, gave me a kiss
He's actually doing real well here, and seems very happy. He's also shown an interest in Hubby ;) and wants to climb on his face when on the bed  LOL Hubby can't even lay w/out him trying something on him, roflol.
And his screeming................well, going slower in progress than I wanted, lol. He's definately got some lungs on him, and showing some seperation anxiety when we leave for a second.
Barb, I know what you mean about the noise, I don't think anything can compare to a Too:roflmao2:
What a sweet game, "Toto does Wings up" when i'm showering him and when I say "cuddles" he bobs his head for a scratch:heart:

oh yeah Sue, I definately got a taste of that Too noise :roflmao2: I like your games too SUe :agree: very sweet.
I don't mind it, expecially when he's playing and having fun, but when he does it just to do it.............I'm working on ;)
Ever notice the different sounds and noises they make, and what they mean? It's is actually very interesting having a Too. I can say, I have learned alot, and also alot of patience :p
We had a friend over and Turk was playin it up and was screeming he was so happy, needless to say they got a taste of how loud he is....guess it takes special people to be able to tollerate it
Today he was sitting on my arm and I went around in circles..big circles, and he loved it. I was like whoop de whoop de do (yes I am nutty when playing w/fids n kids) and he kept wanting more, hehehe. We did more of the up n down, but he likes to go faster, so I change it up. :scratchch
Barb, Turk sounds like a very happy too that wants to be the show off "man of the house". Often, the male 2's tend to show that trait. It can be quite a challenge to help them understand how to direct all that energy. I know, you are working with him all the time and have made very good progress. I am glad he is being nice with your hubby. I have to laugh every time I hear about his fascination of your hubbys face. LOL  I hope, you can catch that on camera sometime! :rotflmao:

lol Jean, it cracks me up too  but he would shoot me if I took a pic like that, hehehe :rotflmao: Hubby tends to get a little grossed out about it.
Guess it's a 'thing' w/men and faces, he did it b4 to the guy at the rescue.
That's pretty funny! :agree:
That would be a funny to watch! :roflmao2:  I've never seen one do that!
I've only seen a female fids but up to someones neck. LOL

:roflmao2: Let's just say it's a sight to see, roflol But hubby ain't laughin' :roflmao2:
Turk's over on the bed playing w/a baby toy Allison gave him  It is dome shaped and winds up and plays music, it used to show the images on the celiing. So far he's tried to turn the knob to make the music, but only going the wrong way :funny: If I go to wind it up, he will try to attack my hand or the toy as I put it down, needless to say I have to be quick about it :rotflmao: At least he's having fun, and loves the music. He's happy and jumped as high as I think I've ever seen him, lol.
I always wind up a music bear when I put him to bed ;)
Barb, he sounds so much like Elvie. They are both toy stingy. Elvie can get jealous and posessive of his toys. They love us to pieces, but don't touch their toys. HANDS OFF! LOL:highfive:
