I went to a chess club meeting tonight

and had a blast! I played this gentleman who had just beat my friend. I beat him the first game and then lost the second game. I played my friend and nearly won but my brain gave up the ghost! LOL! I think I am improving! I enjoy playing chess!

Thanks everyone! I have been playing since I was 10 years old. I don't like it when someone takes their time to make a move either...I get restless or bored...but now I can control for that as I play "therapist" and I can wait for anything! LOL!

lol, he's tried to get me to a long time ago, but was too much thinking for a game, so I opted out, lol


I thought a game was supposed to be fun and effortless, not mind boggling and frustrating, roflol (just my attemps at learning, didn't fair well)

Bill, you're more than welcome to come play w/my hubby, hehehe, the only time he gets to play is maybe w/his dad every so often. I bet it would be a good challenge between you two ;)
