Water?? When ??

I am wanting some advice please.

I am doing the hand feeding for the first time and have come to about 5 weeks of age and my baby is doing great starting to eat millet etc etc BUT I cannot find anywhere in books or internet that says when or what time to introduce WATER ??? Please can someone help. She is still on 2 feeds a day so does the formula have all the 'water' that she needs right now? When do I introduce the water ??
