So, Peachy seems to have gotten the hang of being a bird-mother the second time around (knock on wood!) and has kept her babies alive for several days now (the first time they died within 36hours).

It seems like she has at least 1 brown baby and maybe 1-2 reds or variegated. I am only going by skin color now, so once their feathers start coming in it will be easier to tell.
There are other babies in the house though...
3 of the baby finches with their father (the mom's tail is in the picture too).
Does the baby in the foreground look pied to anyone? I don't *think* the mother carries pied, but that white wing feather is intriguing.

Hope you enjoyed it!
ETA: Today is a cage cleaning day, so don't look at the dirty cage floor under the finches. It is going to be cleaned later today (along with most of the house)
