I found this article to be such an interesting one about Mark Bittner. He has such a love for parrots.

That's our city newspaper! Yes, he is a cool fellow! I can't wait to see the movie... :D
I am definately going to get the book, have been meaning to for ages! Will it be available on DVD?
Sue, I believe it is scheduled to come out on DVD after all the theater showings are completed. So far, it has come within 110 miles away from our City.
I just picked the Book up today ..I ordered it 3 weeks ago it had to come from the States as its not available here .....Can`t wait to read it ...wonder if the movie will come out on DVD ...if it does I may get someone over there to send it to me ....

Sue/ Majj - just a thought - I emailed and asked the question (on his website) If the DVD is not available in the UK it most likely will only be in american NTSC format which won't play on uk or aussie DVD players which need PAL format. :(
The answer i got was they didn't know if it would come out over here, but I suspect not.
You could play it on your PC though if you have a DVD player on your PC
I thought some DVD players were universal I have one that plays a DVD a friend sent me from the States :scratchch but my sisters DVD won`t play it (its a cheaper DVD player)????? I knew we couldn`t play the same Video tapes as USA ...:shrug2:

hmmm newer DVD players should be ok but even then some are still 'formatted'
it's just silly isn't it??!
Why can't they all be the same. What videos do they have in the states?? is it Betamax? I remember people buying those video players here and they just didn't bring videos out in that format so wasted money.

No it's NTSC for vids and DVDS
I happen to know because we sell videos and DVDs on our website. Used to be BETA here - they're the really old ones before VHS
