But you've never ridden with Elvie. He' such a crack up, He loves to wave his umbrella up and down as he is saying Hello, Hi, How are you, I'm alright, to people in other vehicles as we travel down the highway. :roflmao2: Especially when he's riding on me. He's makes a great backseat driver too. :rotflmao:

lol I can picture him that way, hehe We took Turk for a ride last week, and he absolutely looooooved going. Doing just about the same as Elvie, bouncing up and down along w/his crest. It gets people to make a double take at what they are looking at, lol, as they usually don't expect a wild creature in a car :funny:

I was wondering the same thing, wonder what people thought at the pinic area...lol me being me would hussle right over there and start a conversation..course I am a Crazy Bird Person so it's natural for me to gravitate to someone with birds...

It was amazingly uncrowded... only one nice old man stopped by... wondered if we were a "pet shop"!!!!! :roflmao2: No, these are our kids; we can't leave them home alone.. He completely understood and spent the next 20 minutes telling us all about his deceased German Shepherd Dog. I understood. And he needed an ear.

We have the smaller version of Holly's travel cage too, but left it home this time. It was Skyler's when we first got him... he sort of "out-grew" it! :D
