Robin... where do you live ???
Seriously, that is beautiful. I can see you and Coco, sitting out there, sipping a Mint Julip and contemplating the true meaning of life. I love azalea's in bloom. It is too hot for them here. I have spent a fortune on them and camelia's.

One of the best things about living here, is that no matter what direction you look, you cannot see anyone else's house. Way, way across the mountain range you can see some houses the size of ant turds, but other than that - nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile and you can't see the house through the forest.;) My husband and I don't parade around on the deck a-la-carte, but we could if we wanted to!

Robin, I am SO jealous! It's snowing here today, and all I can hear is the noise of road construction and some sirens! I'll be over in however long it takes me to pack and jump on a bus!

No need to be jealous - just stop on by!:D I'll leave the light on!:emot-danc
'Isu and Camille already have their reservations in, and I'm sure they'll bring Rifty too!!!
I can't believe it is snowing in Minnesota.. I will spare you the description of what it is like here today, although we did just have a brief thunderstorm and torrential rain. The whole thing lasted 15 minutes. Many years we have an 8-10 inch snow the last week of April, and our frost date is May 15. So we're not out of the snow woods yet!!!
Unreal! It's snowing in Minnesota.
Here in southern California we have a heat wave. The air conditioner keeps kicking on. It's 95 right now and supposed to reach 97 this afternoon. Our low tonight is supposed to be 51 degrees. I am going to the pool late this afternoon when the temp lowers a little.

There is too much salt in the well water to have Gardenia's here. Or at least on this end of town.
