Hi Everyone,

Hope you're all OK:)

We got back last night!
We had a great time but can you believe when we got to the cottage, THEY HADN'T LEFT THE KEY:doh:   so we had to book into a hotel for the first night, we didn't need drama, a chill out was what we went for:agree: no one in the tiny village knew who had the key and as the owners didn't respond to our messages we had no choice other than find an alternative:( She was so apologetic the next day and has agreed to pay our hotel bill and has offered us 30% off if we want to book again (not sure) the hotel was great and we had a lovely big room overlooking the river, I could have stayed there all week, they did a delicious "full English".
The weather was fantastic and we had the top down on the car all the time.
Lots of pics to follow, (if I ever manage to catch up here!).
Have a great weekend everyone:grouphug:

Happy Saturday, all! :wavey:

Welcome back, Sue. It sounds like you had a great time in spite of your dramatic start.:emot-danc

Greg's off playing tennis, so I'm home with the boys. :) Jack's watching the neighbors out the window and keeping watch on the neighborhood, ;) while Bailey is watching me on the computer. :agree: (This just in, Bailey's taking a bath in his water dish) We're such a thrilling bunch, I tell ya.

I dn't usually work on my book on the weekends, as that's my time with Greg.

I hope everyone has a great weekend !!

Hi Sue :wavey: it is good to have you back with us. To bad about your immediate frustration about no key. There is something nice about spending time in a nice hotel with all the amenities. Being a retired hotel GM I understand one does everything to provide enjoyable accommodations and good guest relations. I am glad to hear it all worked out. It will be exciting to see your pics.

Vicki, it's nice to hear Bailey loves his showers now. Nothing like a clean wet fid.

Yup , that it is,,,,some CD's i copied for Jerel(Bomber),actually for Jorge , the photog of the two, and one for Greg, both of which i forgot to give to Greg when i was down in the Keys,,(met Greg on the last full day i was down there:mad: ,and did not plan our dive trip to be the only time we got together,,,:( )
so i gave the CD's(Underwater photography and Olympus camera stuff on the CD) to Shirley when i was down her way , to pass them along to Greg, when she sees him and Vicki,,and Bailey etc ,LOL
TRT/BoF brand of UPS delivery,,,:funny:

BTW Shirley, Did the CD you got from me offer any more info on Olympus Digital camera stuff then you had/knew already? Just wondering,,
(Don't forget , when you get a chance , to copy the "book" you had on Oly camera stuff for me for later on,) Plan on getting back down your way in August, while on another week of vacation to maybe visit.Gotta make a run/delivery to Indy with some stuff for a niece of Blyth's ,and she said we can stop by your way during our trip,,,YES! Blyth will come down also!:highfive:
Will keep you posted on day etc,,,as it gets near,,,:agree:
