This is the news story some of you asked to see... it's a rather large file, so I'm linking it for those who have dialup and don't wish to deal with the time it takes to download. It's 268KB and I saved it at a low resolution.

Annie - The Bird Girl of Noblesville (http://shirleymorgan.com/misc/Annie/Annie-news-story.jpg)

In the photograph of Angel on her back, Annie is demonstrating that she taught Angel the trick she taught her, just as she taught all the parrotlets.

Hmm. Very strange. I moved my mouse over the print and a magnifying glass appeared. So I clicked and I got a magnified version of the story. I was then able to read it. :emot-danc

Thank you Vicki, That did not work with my mouse, so I clicked on one of the pics and it opened a larger view and I was able to read it that way.

:thanx: Shirley, That is a nice article. You have implemented a wonderful learning experience that will last Annie lifetime. :tighthug:

ahhhhh there's our shining star ;) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/superbirdie/star_tip_hat_lg_nwm.gif

What a neat article, even if they 'spiced' it up a bit, lol. They are known to do that to make the story more interesting, even though someone may not have said something in particular. Drama in the journalism dept, hehehe

Neato!!

Odd the print on your end looked small. I made it big and my monitor is set so it would normally look really small... 1280x1024.

If I made it any larger.. the file would have been huge.

If you couldn't read it still, let me know and I'll take the images out and post JUST the print and make it very large.

to me, the print is the same size as the text on the massages on the board.

I'm glad you liked it!

OK. I use Firefox Internet browser.

Did I ever tell you how much I HATE Internet Explorer?????????

Where do I begin????

Well, my sons tried to convert me long before we went to Europe last year.

Then we went to Europe. Would you believe NO ONE OVER THERE USES IE???

Everywhere we went, it was Firefox or one of a couple others. NOT IE!!!

Try IE. You won't go back!!

http://www.mozilla.org/

No more pop-ups

No more need for running ad-aware or spyware search and destroy and stuff like that, hardly ever...

you'll have a much cleaner registry....

Even my sister finally switched to firefox!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and you can see the print on the article I posted... it's the same size I posted ... not teensy tiny...

I use internernet explorer I tried Mozilla and there was no back {forward} or{button} once it loaded, which I hated. That was my reason for going back to Internet Explorer.

There's a back and forward button.

Same place as IE's buttons... and a refresh button... ???

And if IE were written securely, we wouldn't have all those patches to download all the time... :help:

I wouldn't trade my Mozilla Firefox for IE, no way. It blocks all those darn popups and is much more stable.
