Another Grey day in England
But I nearly got ALL the washing done

nearly packed, but don't seem to have enough in there and don't know what I'm missing  I've only packed the small suitcase and I think I might need the big one, cos at the mo I'm going to have to put me shoes in a carrier bag
Trouble is you never know what the weather's gonna do do you, I don't think it will be too great unfortunatley :( but I packed a little dress and some shorts in case...
But do I take a dressing gown, and I don't know whether to take my hair mousse or straightening serum or both  I don't do travelling light :rotflmao:
Well us girls need these things, :foot-tap: my hair goes all wavy in the wrong place, like kinks and so if i wear it down (is shoulder length) i have to put stuff on and blow dry/ iron it to make it stay straight. Otherwise it looks like i've been dragged through a hedge
no wonder it takes me an hour just to shower dress and do my hair in the morning - another hour to do the animals and drink me tea :o

Good morning Kristie & everyone :p I got here early, hehehe

Sounds like you need another bag, hehehehe I always do the same thing ;) Have a great holiday!!

Glad I'm not the only one who takes some time getting things going, we must be clones, lol.

Well, not much today. Insurance agent never showed up yesterday to look at our new truck that somone hit in hubby's work parking lot  Guess he's supposed to be by at 10am. Here's our new truck we got about 3mo ago, w/out the dent in the back corner panel

Thanks Kristie, our truck is so nice now that we have a king cab. Our other truck didn't have one, and poor Tina would sit in the back when we went camping or the river, because Allison and I were up front w/hubby. She didn't mind too bad, thought it was fun to ride in the back, except when it rained, roflol :p We love it, it's not too small or too big :D Just a bummer that someone hit it and left or didn't notice they did it  The same thing happened when we got our car, same time frame after we bought it, but a tree branch fell on it and dented the back corner panel  Can't win for loosing sometimes......at least we have full coverage and get a rental while in the shop.

As far as where we live, we are in a duplex right now, but a nice one in a nice neighborhood. We are saving to buy a house, just don't know exactly where around here we want to buy. Its a very roomy 1400sq ft place, and we enjoy it here. Moved in w/new paint and carpet, so that's always a perk. They also did custom cabinets, and I'm lovin that!! Can never have too many cabinets in the kitchen!!

Happy Thursday, all. :wavey:

Kristie, I always pack too many clothes because I can never figure out what kind of mood I'll be in to where what kind/color clothes. Besides, I like to have choices. :)

Good morning, Jeff. I hope the coffee has kicked in by now.:emot-danc

Barb, how awful about your truck. I hope it gets fixed quickly. When we bought a new car we'd only had it a short while when Greg was rear-ended. No one was hurt, but the car.

We've had rain three nights in a row..:rain: it's been cleared up by the time I get up. Just a little wet around the yard. At least the yard is looking nice and green. Keeps us from having to water and that saves water.:agree:

Back to work for me. I'm making some great progress on my book, I'm really excited about the way it's turning out. :woot:

Good Morning! :wavey: I wish we had warmer weather. It is 50 degrees with a cold breeze. It is not expected to get much warmer today. Elvie got up and ate a good portion of his scrambled egg with carrot slices and some sprouts for breakfast. He even got a little piece of my bagel.

Kristi, I agree, you will need another bag. I'll bet it makes you feel good to have all your laundry caught up. I do not like leaving dirty laundry when I go on vacation
either. I hope your weather is nice so you can enjoy some sunshine.

Vicki, I am glad to hear you are pleased the progress of your new book. When do you expect it to come out?

Barb, Hey, you beat me today!!! That is a beautiful truck. It is easy to understand how it made you sick when someone ran into it.

Jeff, I hope your coffee was good. It sounds like your not quite in the swing of your new schedule yet. Your weather sounds cold like ours.

Bill, I know you are busy.. My thoughts are with you.

Sue, I hope you are having fun basking in the sun.

Shirley, I know you are busy today too. I gave Elvie his
hugs and kisses you sent. He loved them!!!

Majj, I hope you had a nice day and will look forward to hearing from you later.

Sending happy wishes to everyone!!!

Jean. I don't have a release date for the book I'm currently working on, but I have a new book coming out in Feb of 2006. The book is TRUST IN THE WIND.
I don't have a real title yet for the book I'm working on, but it's a romantic suspense.

Vicki, I like your new book title. "Trust In The Wind" It can leave me in suspense. Trust being secure and Wind being indecisive, that gives another interesting twist to it.
