Well, we took Cabo to the vet today because his stool to me was still loose.
he weighed in at 436 grams!
The vet looked for bacteria and found none, which is good news. Then, she asked, does Cabo drink a lot of water? I had to think about that, what does a lot mean? what is average? he does drink all day I said.
Now she thinks Cabo might be diabetic. I will have to take several urine samples today and bring to the vet. Tomorrow.
I just am wondering how in the world am I going to give this bird a shoot everyday, when I can't even hold him everyday because he bites the CRAP out of me.:shrug2: :shrug2: :shrug2: :shrug2: :shrug2:
Has anyone heard of a diabetic bird before?
