Met up with junkzoo this morning for a quick dive. Wasn't the best of conditions, but it was still a good dive. Here's the best I could do for pictures:

Jeff's been a bit dissapointed as the wind prevented him from diving until today, but he looks relaxed. ;)

It's part of a fishing lure. :(

Awwwwwww how sad and what a pretty fish. Thats what I thought but I couldn't figure out how it ended up on the gill.:(
gregt

The hook is probably caught deep and the lure fell down through the gills. Actually, it's probably not even bothering him.

I did see you shoot the pic of that squirrelfish w/ the lure deal, missed seeing the foreign object tho,,,,you pics of the blue sponge came out great,,,like all your other ones,,,(we have the same camera/housing,,) why did my pics come out so lousy,,? Like Greg told me ,,,closer to the subject , the better, and it shows in my pics. (quess i DID learn something from that dive,,,photog -wise,,,,)
Got a few good enuf to post,,just gotta dig out Shirley's instructions on how to make them fit here tho,,,gimme some time,,,,,
Greg, i have a pic of just the antennas of the cleaner shrimp you showed me,,,,
it was right next to the lobster i got a few decent closeup pics of,,(can't go wrong with a subject that won't move away from you LOL,,one of the lobsters antennas was touching my camera port as i was snapping pics,,,,:D

Jeff, if you email me the originals, I'll see if I can work some PS magic on them for you. Post processing is a lot of my success as well. ;)

Greg, That i can do,,,I'll try to get em smaller so the download will not be that bad,,,me, i'm on dial -up,,and after the scanning, it'll take forever,,,LOL
If you have some tips as to compress these down, that'll help;)

note: I would be 'out' of the water, as I don't like all the creepy stuff out there in the ocean, lol

Dunno, I think there are a lot more "creepy" things above the water,,,,LOL
This dive ranked as prob my "worst" dive, due to the equipment malfunction(my regulator goofed up and freely released air without my calling for it,,,)that and the conditions of the seas,(i don't care what Greg said about them,LOL)and the faulty regulator cut my first dive way short, and cancelled out my (and the other tow on the boats) second dive. My buddy was pre-"seasick" and chose not to do the second dive, causing Greg to miss out on the second dive, since one diver cannot go down alone,,,,:( (Sorry Greg)

awwww man, sorry about the mishaps on your equipment (that's why I stay where there is air to breathe, lol)
But as posted above.........at least you can relax and have some fun
Whew, that could get scary underwater. I would definitely had breathing phobia over that one. I am glad nothing worse happend to you. I'll bet you were ready for a stiff one after that. :beerchug:
