Bucc & Kito Pics.

We'll start off with Bucc being really brave and meeting Kito today. He really has been a good boy when they are out together. Bucc will sit on the door watching but not making any attempts to come near her yet.

He never made any attempts to lunge at her or anything, he was more interested in what this strange bird was that Mum brought home this time. He's been really good, so he gets extra cuddles today. :wub:

She has great fun in the bath splashing around. She was in the bath when I took this pic the hardest part was getting her out. She didn't want to come out.

Bucc has been so good, earlier tonight I had Kito with me, and Bucc came over and sat on my shoulder :eek: I was a bit concerned as he gets really jealous when any of the little guys are anywhere near me. But he was really good, looked at kito, looked at me, gave me a kiss and then just sat there saying "hello baby":wub: :heart: :wub: Now how cute is that bless him. No growling, lunging nothing a real gentleman he was.

Awww, Kito is adorable!:heart: :wub: :heart: I'm so glad Bucc is doing so well with Kito coming home.


ELvie is perched on my arm looking at the pics. He got excited when he saw the one of Kito being fed. He kept saying "I like that bird" :dance:

Your pictures are so cute! I like that first picture of Bucc. You can just see the "what is this next to my cage???!" in his eyes. And Kito...she is beautiful. I would have liked to see my birds (and dogs) when they were little. Baby animals are so fun to have around. :heart:

I am really enjoying this time with Bucc and Kito, but it really does bring back the responsiblity of having a baby in the house again. I would'nt change this time for the world. Bucc has been great, really great, at the moment he is on his cage talking to her, he's saying "hello baby, whatch doin, I like that, and yum yum. I've just put some food in her cage for her. He has been a real star, I'm so proud of him. :wub:

Greys are one of my favs here, I had one for a short time (adopted him , and found out that he prefered women:( , so i rehomed him to a lady that loved him , and he loved her,,so much i am glad i did what i kinda regreted to do("Bounce" him to yet another home,,,)But after i got such great reports from his new ownee's, i felt better of finding him a home that he preferred better.

I always said i would get a Hyacinth Macaw b4 any other parrot,,(my way of prob making sure i would not bring home anything else LOL),but a Grey would not be that hard to find a home here,,,;)

I love to see that Bucc seems to like his new lil buddy,,and hopefully soon we will see pice of both of them playing together,,,

Oh Peta, what adorable photos.:heart: Kito is too cute.... and we know Bucc is a honey boy.:) Good they are getting long at this point. Keep reinforcing them getting along and it may just stay that way. IMO, it's so cool when they get along and can play together. I know you have to be beaming with that new little baby to care for.

Have the same trouble when I try and get Bucc in the shower or even bath. He won't have anything to do with it. But I've noticed just lately that he'll get in his water bowl and have a good splash around. :doh:
