Shirley, Here are a couple of pics of Harley wondered if you are able to say he or she.

Harley We can only see these few amounts of blue with the flash of the camera, you can't see them with the naked eye. http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b166/parrotgirl/camera020-1.jpg
And here is Charlie, As you can see his blue is very noticeable even to look at him with the naked eye.

Thanks Shirley (or others) its not a major problem whether she is male or female, I have had the talk with them and they have promised me no eggs. :agree:

OMG I love these birds, I have never seen any for sale here......

If I lived in America I know I would have had at least one of Shirley's:agree:

Well, from those two photos, they certainly look like a pair, not two males.
Are they the same age? The males get bluer above their beaks as they get older. The females have what yours has, but not much more if any at all.

Thanks Shirley, We have had them now for nearly two years, so I estimate that they are 3+. Charlie had the blue when we first got him, but not as much of it. Thats the most I've ever seen on Harley and that hasn't grown for quite some time.

Thanks Shirley, I thought we did but was not really sure, it was never really an issue as we don't intend to breed. It seems that all our little ones are male and female, and we never picked any of them because of their sex it just happened. lol. So far apart from the tiels and linnies have ever bothered with mating and the tiels are the only ones we have ever had eggs from. Think I would be a nut case (even more so than normal) if they all decided to have eggs.
