Am i the first one in the States to post today on the "mornin' thread" ?
Shirley must be sleepin in again,,,,LOL
One more midnite shift down, one more to go tonite, and then VACATION!:woot:  :emot-danc Then one week of waitin' around the house .til i leave for the Fla. Keys, on/around the 8th(need to nail down a day/time with my RV owning buddy)
Got enough coffee in me from the hr. drive home from work this AM , so i think i'll spend more time today in the garage prepping the tractor /mowers for the growing season , which is starting without me LOL,,would like to knock down the grass one more time b4 i leave for the week,,won;t be that bad when i return,,,

Or Shirley's hid her computer but then she would have withdrawal symptoms! LOL! I wish I could sleep in! Another busy day! The company I work for is moving into our new space. I don't have to worry about any moving per se but I do have to take my personal items that I packed in my car in. I have two psych evals to do today, one in Twin Falls and the other in Burley. I should be home at good time though.

Hope you all have a great day!

Well.... I did go to bed late AGAIN.... but I have a client coming in 15 min. to pick up her DVDs, so had to get the DVD disc design finished and printed... printing last disc face now.. I run the whole DVD through the printer... no labels... Then get the DVD cover inserts cut and put in and it's ready to go!

Overcast... cold again...

Going out to dinner tonight, which is a rare thing around here.. with another couple ... at 4:30 to beat traffic and crowds... then relax.

You all have a great day!

It's a beautiful day here in sunny Tampa, FL. Just a small breeze. Enough to keep you from getting hot. I went out to the pet store to get some cleaner for the bird cage and ended up with 2 new toys for Bailey and a peanut bone for Jack. Don't know what our plans are for the weekend, except I know Greg's playing tennis tomorrow.

Good Morning Everyone! http://photobucket.com/albums/v387/jeanaskins/graphics/th_birdsings2.gifI'm back for some fun again today!

It's cloudy with some sun trying to peep through the clouds. I hope it makes it. I can hear the sea gull's chatting and the babies seem to want day and night time feedings. It is such fun to watch the babies try to fly with their parents.

I hope everyone has a lovely day. :)

What a day! My first appointment cancelled. Then I drove 40 miles (one way) only to have that client cancel! GRRR! This day was spent driving and unloading boxes from my car and now my back hurts so bad! UGH! Lumbar region is killing me!

Oh Bill, I sympathize with you. :tighthug: Do you have any advil on hand. That can help more then most of the over the counter pain meds. Please, try to get some rest over the weekend. :)

A little late to post on yesterday's mornin thread, but i saw Bill's post about his back.:(
'Singin' to the choir' here Bill,, 5 yrs since my spinal fusion surgery(bottom three verts, fused to the tailbone), and still need meds to help function. Otherwise i would be in a ball of scrunged over pain, not wanting to do anything, when i needed to be mobile to stay limber.(my first meeting with Shirley in person, after i mentioned that my brow perspire'ing was from my meds, she said, you "looked"(walked/moved) like you were a back surg patient. Can't fool even Shirley ! LOL)
Am working with a pain management doctor now, (at my wife's insistance, she's a ER nurse) and with my meds i can continue to "function" ,stay mobile, to help keep things flexible so in the long run, feel better.if i stay immobile, i tend to "lockup" making things worse. with my major league meds(time release morphine, and Vicodine ,along with other heavy hitters, ) i can get around fairly decent. over the years , i have gotten a tolerance to my meds, and hope to stay at the level i'm at, or better, cut back on them. the meds i'm taking would knock out a horse,LOL, but they just make me feel a lil better , enough to move in a fairly normal function.Luckily the medical world has found out that there ARE people that have REAL pain, and benefit from a medicinal regime of painkillers etc. to function in the real world.
Not whining here to anybody, just wanted to convey my feelings for you and your back, and first hand to tell you that "i feel your pain",,back pain is no picnic.,,, rest up a bit, and do whatever you need to ,to get back in the swing again.
(one added plus, if you can call it that, is that i can now forecast the weather, better and sooner than the weatherman/person,,,LOL)
Hope you feel better soon Bill!:agree:
