This is Bruno. He is our wonderful, loving, feisty, smart, happy double-yellow Amazon.

He has been in our family for years and has now found a permanent place in our home after his original guardian passed away.
He says a ton of phrases, LOVES to sing and be sung to, PARTICULARLY when the songs include his name. One of his favorites is my rendition of BINGO. It goes a little like this..."There was a mommy, had a bird and BRUNO was his name-o." Bruno also has a "theme" song that I made up for him and now I find at least one family member singing it to him per day.
He is so spoiled!
He LOVES apples, pears, pasta, celery, carrots and sweet potato. He also loves the usual parrot goodies, peanuts, sunflower seeds, nutri-berries, etc.
I'm slowly introducing other fresh foods and mixing in the ocassional Rainbow food if I can't make him something fresh that day. Luckily, it's only happened twice! http://thebirdforums.com/forums/images/smilies/em4-25/emot-dance.gif
Since he hears the kids call out to me all day long, Bruno refers to me as "MOM" and when I don't answer the first two or three calls, he'll go for "MOMMY" because he knows that one's an attention-getter and I just can't let that one go by without a big smile for him.
He loves to kiss/beak us, he has dinner with us at the table (even though he spends most of dinnertime gnawing on the tablecloth), showers every other day and is incredibly loved in this house.
He recently became a big brother to a cockatiel and the jealousy faded after a few days. He's since been trying to preen his little brother's feathers and eat with him out of the same bowl. http://thebirdforums.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif
We were just able to find him a bigger cage, although he spends his entire day uncaged.
If I can think of anything else, I'll add it, but I think you get the idea!
