The roads were flooded again last night:p

There's just no consistency to our weather.

They start fitting the new bathroom tomorrow so the house will be in chaos.. can't wait til it's finished:highfive:

Good Afternoon!

It's bright and Sunny Finally!! :emot-danc but still quite cool outside.

I've got my battery belts on chargers now for the weekend wedding shoot, working on photos now for various clients ;) and setting music to another gradution photo montage...

Lacy is liking the new male parrotlet a "little" better, but not enought to share a cage yet... they have a double divider now so she can't get at his toes... but she's being nicer.

How Exciting Sue that you are finally getting a start on you new bathroom!! Can't wait to see pics of the final job! :thumbup:

Morning,,,err afternoon everyone!
last of two off days for me here, cleaning the bird room yesterday took up most of that day,,,but was well worth it, and the parrots loved the attention,and top of cage time,and trying to snag me evertime i got close LOL! I swear the first thing Sinbad, my Med Sulf Crested wants to do when he's out is snuggle against me to be petted,,,and he does,,,People can't believe he will sit in a chair with me, with me holding him near my chest, and have him fall asleep laying on my chest! People don't see birds/parrots as "snugglers" i quess,,,When i met my wife(GF then) 15 yrs ago, she thought of birds as squawkin,messing,ol things,,, she quickly saw how they CAN be affectionate toward us, and crave/need it.(and vice/versa:heart: ) And now , when she cuts up veggies for our salads, the 4 dachshunds get their carrots/broc/caulif treats, and the birds get a container for them also,,
sorry i get on sometimes , long morning posts,,,(ask them on TRT! LOL)

Good Morning !!! :)
Here in the north west the skies are cloudy and getting darker minute by minute. with thunder storms predicted. I'm not crazy about thunder, especially the lightning that accompanys it. I've had to close a call with a lightning strike. It struck a huge oak tree 8 foot from our house, sounding like a bomb had hit, hurling huge 3 to 6 ft X 2 to 3 inch pieces of the tree as far as 100 ft into a neighbors yard across the street. Two close for comfort!!!

Good Evening! It has been another busy day and tomorrow looks like it is going to be one too! This Friday I will be busy over in Burley, ID with numerous clients and completing one psych evaluation. It is thundering, lightning and raining here! Scooter is looking around when it thunders. The wind has also come up.

I am tired as I did not sleep real well last night! Hopefully I will tonight.

Evening All! , just killing time time i have to go to work tonite(Electrical Technician -26+yrs shift work)but the good part is ,only three midnites til i start vacation!:dance: Don't know what i'll like better, a week in the Fla Keys in a 40 ft Motor Coach,,(and diving), or my soon to be visit to Shirley's after i get back.Shirley's been nice enough to let me have one of her Bourkes to add to my "flock"and to talk birds, reef tanks,visit with all her "zoo" (gotta remember to bring catnip for the cat LOL)oh yah,,,,and visit with Shirley, and hopefully Steve!:funny:

Jean , you're right close call with the tree/lightning! i had lightning hit my house early one morning,,no damage to the house structure, but wiped out a lot of electronics throughout the house,,,hope i never hae to deal with that again!

Planning on leaving "up here" on the 8th(time not known yet, prob early AM)
arrival 23-24 hrs later,,likely staying at Fiesta Key KOA, south of Jerels a bit.
Though i hope to dive with him some/most /any of the days while there, (he knows the GOOD spots!;) ) And if Greg cannot make it down during the time i'm there, i hope to have him give me a 5 minute lesson on good U/W photography(we have the same dig camera/housing)

I told you at TRT b4, i charge a quarter to see in my mind's eye for a peek of Jerel!;)

Jeff, your vacation sounds exciting. I do hope you will get some u/w pics to share. I'm sure you will have a great time. Al and I went on a lot of motorhome outings when we had ours. I can remember one trip coming back from Glamas sand dunes with our dune buggys. We had been traveling for a few hours and were very comfortable with our two roof air conditioners going. I pulled into a service station for gas, opend the door and almost fell on my face from heat shock. It was 110 at 10:PM at night and some kids were frying having fun frying an egg on the sidewalk.

Shirley, you are welcome, I also like to look a pretty flowers.
