Holly is almost three and weighs about 380-390g, but then greys come in a range of sizes... some are significantly larger than Holly.

You might want to consider clicker training her with Kool-aide or honey-water to take her meds from a syringe. If you do a search on the board for clicker training, you'll find several posts plus links to little videos and demonstrations.
It's an amazingly quick training technique.

Webster is beautiful, Congrats on giving her such a good home, I look forward to hearing more on her progress, clicker training really does work wonders, I have been working on Bucc CAG and he has come on in leaps and bounds. The only trouble is they learn to quick, he can do the clicker sound then tells himself hes a good boy and waits for his treat. :shrug: lol

I'm so happy to hear someone took this sweet girl in and providing the necessary medical care she needed. I think that is awesome :thumbup:


I know you will be very happy with a Grey (ok, I'm a bit biased) but they are wonderful additions to the family. Even with all the (wo)man handling for meds, hopefully she'll know it because you care and want to help her get better.

Please keep us informed on her progress.........and I'm betting she is really a 'she' ;)
