Thanks again to everyone who posted so far w/ their outside pics of their fids,,,,I live thru these pics, since i'll prob never have mine outside,,other than the times they are in a cage,,with me nearby(too many critters around here to leave them unattended, or free,,,,) I watched a hawk come in low, while i was outside with the lil dogs,,it swooped from the side,,about 4 ft off the ground , into the fir trees we have,, scattering all the lil birds we have nesting in there,,,missed getting any of them, but it looked like the hawk was hungry,,,and swooped out of the tree,,and acted like it was gonna try for the doxies..kinda made my presence known to the hawk,,just moved my arms up n down,,,and it just banked and went to a tree ,up high,,after i got the lil dogs in,,i was outside a short time later, and saw it coming back again for another try at the fir tree,,,,no lil birds in there this time,,,it musta been real hungry , since it was doing it's thing, way to close to me ..like it did not care if i was around,,,
Sorry for the sidetrack, just wanted to mention again, that i love seeing the outside fid pics, since i prob would never do that around here myself....

Barb I would love to take Bucc outside, but he will not under any circumstances wear his harness, think its just too darn heavy for him. (Feather Tether) am looking round for different one, so maybe one day. Hopefully. I would really love to see him outside, but being flighted, not a good idea, not prepared to take that chance!!

Thank you Jeff. I can't wait till I finish this set of pics I'm working on with Elvie. From what I see in my viewer they are looking like the best ever. I thought Elvie's pics I took last spring in the flowering tree were good. Wait till you see the poses and expressions he has in this springs pics. He's been such a good model especially, for a novice digital camera person like me.
