Dog Food Recall in the US

There have been several dogs that have died after eating dog food made by Diamond dog food. I understand they market dog food under 20 different labels. For more information please see their recall information.

Yup Jean , i had heard about this,,,,
No word from my dog food manufacturer, if this could happen with them. Plus they private label a LOT of other brands,,,
Scary, liver damage ,leading to death and all,,,,:(

Jeff, I heard on the news the dog food was mainly distributed in the eastern part of the US. I sure hope no more dogs are killled by it. It is so heartbreaking.

For sure Jean, you never think of things like food, ever being harmful for our pets,,,,,.Going to pick up a truckload of food from my manufacturer in a few days,,and will query them on this, hopefully it is not that widespread.
They do sell , via private label , to many other retailers,,Just a look in the warehouse , at all the different labeling out there, of brands that the average person would not believe came from one source, is mind blowing,,,,
