Still finding my way about and looking for missing messages ..lol..I might just go to bed though as we had a tiring afternoon after visiting with Pop we (hubby Joe and I) decided to go Television shopping ) to buy a new BIG t.V for the folks , theirs is very old small and Dad has lost the sight of one eye with Macular Degeneration and has always admired our BIG t.V so we wanted to surprise him and Mum..anyway afetr selection one we thought we had best get Dad to come o.k it and went picked him up and took him to the store ..he was really happy said he could see it much better but wanted to pay at least half ..which we would not let him , so it arrives on Thursday afternoon , we will go down Thursday morning and move his old one out of the way and make room for the BIG BOY..!!! Its so exciting to make someone you love happy , who knows how long the sight will remain in his other eye and while he has it I want to make things as easy as I can for my DOD (Dear Old Dad)..Anyway I just finished watching telly and doing the ironing so I am pooped ..am off to do the banking and chores for the business in the morning so will pop in when I get home for a quick hello !! before getting the boys out for their afternoon play...
Hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend , NOW you guys who have been organizing this great site can catch some Zzzzz`s...from what I`ve seen it looks really great....:dance: Bye for now chat tomorrow....:Happywave

After a cloudy freezing weekend, it's very sunny out, but only 7:30, so still pretty cold. 'spose to warm up a little. :dance:

We didn't get all the posts moved over by a long stretch, nor will we -- so feel free to move over or repeat whatever you wish... unfortunately the forumer datebase does not provide for exporting its posts to another board's software program. :(

We did our best to mainly move all the bird introductions and some of the photo posts, but those with lots of back and forth responses we couldn't do as it required multiple logins under various user names. We did our best! :heart:

Good Morning All! It is still raining here, which is not always usual in Idaho. This area is called the high desert. It does not look like high desert to me but there are not a lot of trees unless you go into the mountains. But we have had more precipitation in the last week than we did during the winter months (and we usually get the majority of it in the winter).

I have a busy day today! I can't wait until it slows down!

Not feeling well this morning, but it's a good one anyway. :)

Vicki and I were taking a walk yesterday evening and a whole flock of parrots flew over, circled back, and flew by again. I'm beginning to think our house is on some kind of parrot migration path. :cuckooclo

Sorry you're feeling bad, Greg! I think it all caught up with me.. I woke up early to see Steve off, then went back to sleep and didn't wake up 'til the phone rang at 11:55!!! that means the parrots had to sleep in really late... but no complaints from them! :woot: NOW... COFFEE!!! :help:
