Hi Kristie! I'm so happy to see you here this morning!
I hope you'll repost your vacation spots and links to your location maps! They were very interesting and we just couldn't get everything moved manually! ;)
How is Basil doing?

Hi Shirley me dear.
Basil is her usual mischevious self :D
I made her and bob a special dinner last night and they didn't like it!
it was mashed sweet potato, Brown rice, peas, and a sprinkling of grape nuts.
no go :(
Ollie & Toto would have devoured that in seconds!!!
Hi Kristie! Good to see you made it over here with the rest of us!

I love that quote bill!
Kristi, you may not be as successful convincing Bob to like your dinner but it may take a lot of persistence for Basil to learn to recognize it as food. Parrots are creatures of habbit and many times when they have not been exposed to certain foods, they need extra coaxing for longer periods of time. Cockatoos seem to be one of the hardest species to get to try new foods unless they have been accustomed to them as a baby or you personally offer it to them by hand in the beginning. "Good Luck"
