Radar is a normal grey Zebra finch. I adopted him and his brother from a bird rescue as teeny little babies that had just weaned. We originally thought them to be females and Radar was Aria, but when they started singing and those red spots showed up, we knew we had two boys!

Radar took care of Hermes when they first moved in and Hermes couldn't find the food and water--Radar fed him! Eventually, Hermes learned to find everything by following his big brother around and he seems to be the boss! But Radar is happy taking care of his little brother. They play house (where one sits in the nest and the other brings food) and Radar usually brings the food, but sometimes Hermes will be the one bringing home the food. They also like to play tag and both enjoy their swings very much.
