Now to introduce myself...My name is Sadenna I live in Washington State, I am married to a wonderful guy for 4 years will be 5 years in August he not only supports my crazy passion for animals but loves the ones we have as much as I do and anything else that finds it's way into our hearts and home.
I currently work for a Lady who raises birds in her home and have been working for her for about 2 years , so I am basically around a wide variety of species that range Small, Medium and Large. It's been great for me I have learned so much and being around so many different birds is amazing getting to know each species. In that 2 years I have learned to handfeed and can now feed any baby bird you stick in front of me from day 1 just hatched up to weaning, I have learned the ins and outs of breeding birds the good and bad and I am still learning.
My favorite experiance was the lady I work for getting 2 Hyacinth Macaw babies and raising them out for 2 customers handfeeding a Hyacinth Macaw was a wonderful experiance for me and to be able to be around these big beautiful birds was just amazing.
Now for the home front my husband and I are parents/slaves to 10 birds who keep us very busy, 2 dogs, 5 cats, 4 snakes, 1 Iguana and a Uromastyx Lizard we have no human kids so we go with the furred, scaled and feathered kind and might be adding a quilled kid to that list, I am looking into and wanting to get a HedgHog I am just in love with them and have been spending alot of time doing my research.
